Cryo Innovations provides to original owners the longest, most comprehensive cryochamber equipment warranty in the US marketplace. Beyond the original 3-Year factory warranty, coverage can be extended to support both original equipment owners and buyers of preowned Cryo Innovations XR Chambers.

Warranty & Support Programs

Full 2-Year Extended Warranty Plus

$5,000 USD

Includes:

Complete 2-year coverage for automatic software updates, fingerprint authorization, waiver data storage, and point-of-sale use
Defective parts replacements by customer staff: self installation can be done using commonly available tools
Telephone technical support
Warranty only available one time and within 30 days of original warranty expiration

Note: Subtract $2,400 if Fingerprint Authorization, POS data storage is not required ($2,600 final price).

2-Year Extended Warranty Lite

$2,400 USD

Includes:

Complete 2-year coverage for automatic software updates, fingerprint authorization, waiver data storage, and point-of-sale use
Telephone technical support
Does not include defective parts replacements
Warranty only available one time and within 30 days of original warranty expiration

Pre-Owned Equipment Transfer & Operator Training

$1,500 USD

Includes:

Coverage includes one-time software update and system back-end reset
Warranty transfer (if applicable)
Telephone technical support
Operator staff virtual training
Does not include two-year automatic software updates, fingerprint authorization, point-of-sale use, and defective parts replacements

Note: Pre-owned equipment owners must first have machine fully operational to purchase extended warranties.

Original Purchasing Agreement: 4. Separate License Required For Operating Software

The Operation of the Equipment requires a separate license subscription for the Equipment’s operating software, fingerprint, and cloud-based customer data storage. The license fee is waived for the first 3 years of ownership for original owner only. After that and for used equipment buyers, it will be $100 per month if using the point-of-sale credit card processing component of the software, fingerprint access, and waiver data storage services. Functional parts of software will always be included with the chamber. This service allows complete access by Purchaser to all back-end web-based services and information with respect to Purchaser’s clients.

For older chambers

Cryo Innovations XR Electronics Upgrade Program

Cryo Innovations provides an all-new front-end electronics upgrade path for older chamber models including a larger, 22” touchscreen.

XR 2023 Version Electronics Upgrade

$2,500 USD

Includes:

22” touchscreen tablet + single board computer (SBC) module
Seek infrared camera
Upgraded fingerprint reader
2-year warranty for upgraded electronics

Note: Customers who upgrade to the XR Electronics Upgrade receive $200 off extended warranty programs (sold separately). Must return original tablet. Upgrade increases the resale value of pre-owned equipment.

Accessories Kit

Includes:

Two (2) sets of robes, slippers, and gloves
User guidelines and contraindications wall posters
Wall measuring chart to estimate number of internal chamber height pads
