Important Thermal Update
We would like to thank everyone that has been waiting so patiently for the thermal release. As you know you received a whole new arm which brings your unit up to the current model. This was not planned originally but just to get you the thermal camera that fit in the triangle top faceplate. We didn't want anyone to not have the "newest model" so we made a choice to have the new arms sent to everyone. As we were waiting on this arm to be produced, FLIR came out with a bulletin that they were having glitches with the camera and a new firmware update was coming soon. This was 90 days ago.
FINALLY, this update was released 5/5/2019 and our developers went into feverish work mode to link our software to this new firmware of the FLIR thermal camera. We are VERY close to the completion of final bug testing. As you as a business owner are probably aware if this has issues 1 out of 100 sessions that's not ok for us. We don't want issues relating to this update at all so we are making sure we get it right. Once released it will be automatic and will show up on your screen without you having to do anything. We are all as excited as you about this and cant wait for the finished product.

Pre-Cool Update
We have gotten a few phone calls about pre-cool staying on after the new update. The way the logic has been set up is to be in pre-cool for the selected amount of time. If you don't want your XR to stay in Pre-cool after a session, select "Pre-cool off". If you would like to run back-to-back sessions, you can keep chamber in Pre-cool for optimal use of nitrogen.
